Why can't I place an order and how do I pay?

For now, you can only place orders by inboxing, calling or mailing us and we accept payments through bank transfer. After you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email with detailed instructions on how to pay.

Note: We only ship the order after having received the payment. An email will be sent to inform you of the shipping.

Can I come to see the paintings before deciding whether to purchase them?

Of course! NYK Gallery is opened all week for our guests to visit. Just remember to call or email us in advance to avoid any unwanted schedule conflicts.

Do I have to buy frames for the paintings I purchased?

No you don't. All paintings are already framed very carefully with wood frames. However, if the frame is not to your likings, you can always change it.

How do you deliver the products and how are the shipping fees?

Depending on your address, we will use the most suitable shipping services. You will pay the shipping fees, which will be decided by the transport company.
